Roles & Responsibilities: 

Campaign Planning & Management

  • Plan, create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display,
    YouTube and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Structure campaigns, ad sets, and ads to meet performance goals.
    Audience & Keyword Research
  • Conduct in-depth audience research, targeting, and keyword analysis to reach the right
    users.
  • Optimize targeting based on performance insights.
    Ad Creatives & Copy
  • Develop compelling ad copies and coordinate creative requirements to improve CTR and
    conversions.
  • Test different messaging, creatives, and formats.
    Budget & Bidding Management
  • Allocate, monitor, and optimize budgets across campaigns.
  • Implement effective bidding strategies to maximize ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
    Performance Tracking & Optimization.
  • Monitor KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and trends.
    Reporting & Analysis.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Share actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
    A/B Testing.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
    Landing Page Coordination.
  • Ensure landing pages are relevant, optimized, and aligned with ad messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and basic project management skills.
