Job Detail: As a Manager in the Affiliate Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring and managing affiliate partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with our affiliate partners, building and maintaining client and Agency relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Working with your respecting assignment, and some of the key responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
To meet the monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Develop and maintain sales reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and Agencies.

Key Skills / Requirements:

Any higher degree, in marketing or a related field.
3-8 years of experience an affiliate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Ability to analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Willingness to travel as necessary.

CPL Delivery

Job Description:

Job Detail: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced CPL Delivery Operations manager to oversee the delivery of our CPL campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of delivery coordinators and ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest quality. The CPL Delivery Operations Manager will also work closely with our sales, product, and technical team to ensure that our campaigns are optimized for success.

Working with your respecting assignment, and some of the key responsibilities will include:

Manage a team of delivery coordinators responsible for delivering CPL campaigns.
Ensure that all campaigns management and publishers are managed, and with the highest quality. • Knowledge of tracking platforms like Trackier & for mobile delivery good knowledge of mobile tracking platforms like AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava, singular
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that campaigns are properly scoped and that deliverables are clearly defined.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure that campaigns are optimized for success
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Provide regular updates and reports on campaign delivery to senior management.
Develop and implement processes and best practices for campaign delivery and optimization.
Ensure that all campaigns are compliant with industry standards and regulations.

3+ years’ experience in CPL campaign delivery.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
