Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the Mobile Delivery team, ensuring achievement of revenue targets,
  performance KPIs, and business growth objectives.
• Develop, mentor, and guide team members to enhance performance, efficiency, and domain
  expertise.
• Define and execute strategic plans to scale mobile performance campaigns across CPI, CPA,
  and CPR models (app-based).
• Build, strengthen, and maintain high-value relationships with top publishers, DSP partners,
  ad networks, and direct in-app inventory sources.
• Drive publisher acquisition strategy while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships to
  maximise revenue and delivery efficiency.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and scaling to ensure client KPIs
• Provide strategic direction on performance marketing initiatives using MMP platforms such
  as Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.
• Analyse campaign data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth
  opportunities and optimise profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Tech teams to align
  delivery strategies with client objectives.
• Take ownership for assigned verticals and drive sustainable revenue growth.
